Hello everyone at Baan Roi Paet. Today we will show you an idea for a two-story house and coffee shop that emphasizes the perfect combination of living space and business space. It can be designed in many different ways.
1. The ground floor is a cafe, the upper floor is a residential area.
- Ground floor : Designed as a coffee shop with various seating options such as a bar counter, tables by the glass, and a small relaxation area, decorated with plants and natural decorations. Large glass windows allow natural light to shine in.
- Upper floor : It is a living area with a good-sized bedroom, living room and private bathroom. It is possible to design a small balcony in the front or back to provide a view of the garden or the coffee shop courtyard.

2. Two-story modern loft structure
- The structure uses steel and exposed concrete to create a raw, cool and contemporary look. The ground floor cafe area is open-air with long tables and bar chairs for customers who want to work or relax.
- The upper floor can be used as a bedroom or private work area. You can look down to the coffee shop downstairs. Add a touch of fun by making a large glass panel on the upper floor.

3. Semi-indoor, semi-outdoor area
- The cafe is designed to have both indoor and outdoor seating areas. Some of the roof extends out to protect from the sun. The upper floor is made into a wide balcony where customers can sit and enjoy the view or the natural breeze.
- Materials that emphasize durability, such as wood, artificial wood, and bricks, enhance the natural look.
