A new contemporary house design that we designed to present to friends who want a modern house, built mainly with concrete but decorated with wood in some elements to make the house still have the classic look of an original wooden house. It still allows life to experience the original wooden materials, not abandoning the roots of a Thai house. This house stands out with two balconies, both a high balcony on the 2nd floor and a balcony in front of the house. This part is intentionally designed to have a wooden house feel (mixed with a little Japanese style). The first floor still has a design concept to make the house airy and open, able to open the doors to let in the breeze, and the wooden balcony in front of the house is designed for sitting and relaxing, enjoying the cool breeze, or watching the fish feed. There is a small pond in front of the house, allowing the house to receive cool breezes when blowing through this part of the pond, making the house cooler, especially during the Thai summer.
