Background on Chrissi Rawak

Prior to her brief appointment at USA Swimming, Rawak served as the Director of Athletics, Community, and Campus Recreation at the University of Delaware since May 2016. During her tenure, the Blue Hens secured a national championship, 27 team conference championships, and 41 individual conference titles. In 2024, she was honored as Athletic Director of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics.
